Shrapnel Grenade
You toss a grenade at the target area, which explodes to spread a handful of Caltrops over a large area. Any enemy within the range of the initial explosion will take Smashing damage and may be knocked down, while any enemy that passes over the Caltrops will be forced to move at a slower rate. They will also take some trivial Lethal damage over time. The caltrops themselves are autohit, but the shrapnel explosion requires a tohit check.
Damage: Minor(DoT).
Recharge: Slow.
