Each nearby foe will increase the health and endurance you recover, with the first one yielding full strength and all seconday ones yielding 30% of the effect. Affected foes will have their regeneration rates substantially reduced for a short time.

Notes: This power has adaptive recharge. It has a base recharge of 25 seconds, the first target hit will increase its recharge by 9.5 with additional targets adding 2.8 seconds for a maximum total of 60 seconds.
