Frozen Spear

A focused spear of ice that can travel great distances with high Accuracy. Frozen Spear slows its target and has a high chance of encasing them in a frail block of ice, but can break free if disturbed. This is a sniper attack, and is best fired from a distance as it can be interrupted. If you are engaged in battle this attack becomes instant-cast.
