Council Super-Soldier

The Council Super-Soldier, sometimes affectionately called 'The Rager' by their peers, are first-generation experimental soldiers borne from a marriage of Council determination and Praetorian science. A distant cousin to the serum from Marauder and the amphetamine drip from Neuron runs through this soldier's veins.
