Wrangler's Storm
You fire your pistols in an acrobatic motion, catching all opponents in a targeted area in a storm of bullets. These deal lethal damage, and the targets can be hit by multiple bullets. There is a chance affected targets will also be knocked down. Note that Wrangler's Storm is unaffected by Range changes
