Dummy: Inert Fog
You can use this power to summon an Inert Fog you came across during your adventures in the Labyrinth of Fog.
This mote will always regrows to full size with time, making it a useful tool to practice your offensive capabilities.
It's also a great way to relieve stress!
The Inert Fog will persist for 10 minutes or until destroyed.
Notes:
Inert Fog is unaffected by Recharge Time changes. Cannot be used inside missions or Pocket D.
Recharge: Very Long.
