You can use this power to summon an MDC you kept as a prize after defeating Hero 1 and the Vanguard.
The Vanguard have engineered this Mobile Dummy Combatant to match the exact durability of the Rikti Mothership's Pylons as a means to gather combat data on their offensive capabilities.
It's also a great way to relieve stress!
The Mobile Dummy Combatant will persist for 10 minutes or until destroyed.
Notes:
Mobile Dummy Combatant is unaffected by Recharge Time changes. Cannot be used inside missions or in Pocket D.
Recharge: Very Long.
