Radiance
You concentrate your powers, and emit even more powerful light from yourself! While under the effects of Radiance, you and your allies will immediately recover Endurance, then get a large boost to Damage and ToHit, as well as unlock Radiance Bonuses on all other Light Affinity powers for 20 seconds.
Additionally, you and your allies will gain a slightly weaker boost to Damage and ToHit, as well as ToHit debuff resistance, Perception, and Perception debuff resistance that lingers beyond the Radiance Bonus.
