You stomp the ground with tremendous force, unleashing a shockwave of death energy that strikes nearby targets for cold and negative energy damage. Additionally, the affected targets suffer from endurance drain and reduced regeneration and recovery. Finally, the longer the Sentinel remains alive, the more likely his presence will sap the target's soul, causing them to suffer increased endurance cost for all powers. Note that Frigid Stomp is unaffected by Range changes
