Frigid Crush
You crush your opponents with a forceful blow from your foot. The death energy shockwave from this attack causes cold damage and negative energy damage over time. Additionally, affected targets suffer reduced damage output and may be knocked into the air. Finally, the longer you remain in combat, the more likely you will sap the target's soul, causing them to suffer increased endurance cost for all powers. Note that Frigid Crush is unaffected by Range changes
