You launch a volley of icy quills from your body, striking targets in all directions around you. Each affected target is touched by death energy, suffering cold and negative energy damage. Additionally, the quills cause weakness, which prevents flight and reduces both movement and combat speed. Finally, the longer you remain in combat, the more likely you will sap the target's soul, causing them to suffer increased endurance cost for all powers.
