Apex
Archvillain · L35–55 · Boss Archvillain · Vanguard Shield · Vanguard_Shield_Apex_AV
Apex was recommended to Vanguard by the Back Alley Brawler, who accounted Apex's brave stand alongside War Witch and a man named Horus against Requiem.
Apex has come far from his humble beginnings, and is now an indispensible asset to Paragon City and one of her greatest protectors.
