Patroller

Blackwing Industries is a private military company which has been contracted by Paragon City to replace the police in Kallisti Wharf.

These patrol officers are the main faces of the company to the people of the Wharf. They are chiefly responsible for patrolling the streets, but also take part in BWI’s extensive community outreach and support programs.
