Anti-Matter
Archvillain · L54 · Boss Praetorian Archvillain · Antimatter · AntiMatter_P_AntiMatter_Final
Dr. Raymond Keyes used to be Praetor Keyes until he took the fall for one of Praetor Duncan's mistakes. His unrequited love for Praetor Duncan, aka Dominatrix, has been the cause of much of his misery. He was the first to crack Portal technology, stealing much of it from Portal Corporation itself. That technology has since been stolen by Praetor Berry, aka Neuron, and is being used by all of the Praetorian Guard. He eagerly awaits the day that he can make himself useful to Emperor Cole once again.
