Storm of Bullets
You fire numerous bullets at your target so fast that the eye cannot keep up, striking them and all foes around them. This causes a warped bullet trajectory, which causes lethal damage with each hit, as well as an additional chance to knock the target back. The lingering effects of the storm reduce the target's resistances.
