Piercing Rounds

You take aim and fire a single, powerful round at your target, piercing through any defenses they may have. The target suffers lethal damage, followed by toxic damage as the poison in the round seeps into the wound. The target may also be literally pierced and suffer from a bleeding wound causing lethal damage over time. The target is also exhausted, suffering reduced damage and resistance.
