Pyrokineticist
Lieutenant · L11–24 · Lt Grunt · Syndicate · Syndicate_Pyrokineticist_Female
The Syndicate encourages their Adepts to advance their psychic powers, so it isn't uncommon to see Pyrokineticists within their ranks. These fiery Adepts are capable of not only hurling bolts of fire, but also stealing power from their foes to build their own.
