Sea Witch
Archvillain · L40–55 · Boss Archvillain · Scrapyarders · Scrapyarders_Sea_Witch_ZTF
The Sea Witch was a hero from the Rogue Isles possessing elemental powers of the storm. For many years she stood as an obstacle for villains until she was taken into Arachnos custody after a beating from one of Lord Recluse's Destined Ones.
As is often the fate of those transferred to the CHB, her fate had long been unknown. Under the scalpel of Arachnos bio-engineers, Sea Witch has become a living expression of the Ship of Theseus paradox.
