One of the Nuclear 90, Johnny Power was a rising star that was corrupted by his fame, and betrayed by his ego. When his 500 million dollar movie 'The Power', starring Johnny Power, as himself, completely tanked, he turned to crime to pay the bills. When he realized it was more profitable to keep the money, however, Johnny fled to the Rogue Isles where he enjoyed no shortage of opportunities to use his extraordinary abilities for personal gain.
