Victoria Manuel was always told she had a sparkle in her eyes for greatness. This sparkle became a reality after a mutation kicked in on her 20th birthday. This glow allows her to predict the movement of her enemies, allowing her to easily dodge their attacks.
Victoria used her heightened reflexes to train in the art of dual blades, and for a time fought crime in Paragon City. However, she has now retired and become a manager of one of the local theaters in the Promenade.
