Lucan v0.65
Boss · L15–24 · Boss Archvillain · Praetorian Ghouls Clean · GhoulsClean_Lucan
A pillar of advanced genetic manipulation, Lucan v0.65 is actually quite lucid compared to other experiments. Able to communicate with other failed experiments though unknown methods, he is apparently capable of gathering together the furious ghouls and putting their fury to work: toppling the society that created them.
