Mender Ramiel

Mender Ramiel comes from a far future version of Ouroboros. In that future, he has seen the efforts of Mender Silos here in this time period have some real effect, bringing forth the attention of the power behind the Incarnates, the Well of the Furies. He has come from the far future to herald this event, and to possibly increase its impact in the future.
