Psi-Scout Lk'Onik

Lk'Onik is a mystery even to his fellow Rikti. Though a life-long member of the Rikti Lineage of War, he left the military during the Restructurist/Traditionalist split for reasons of his own. He has been with the Traditionalists ever since, working towards peace.
