Psionic Nexus

Penelope Yin has created an ally out of pure psionic energy. These allies unleash psionic storms as their primary means of attack. However, they will gradually build up a psionic link with Penelope Yin the longer they are alive. Eventually, they will establish the link, allowing the nexus to heal both itself and Penelope Yin.
