White Haze

White Haze is a member of the Altruist Division, a public-facing super group comprised of Crey's new Real ID Protectors, heroes recruited from outside of Paragon City. They were recruited to take the place of team members who have been lost to the Devouring Earth. They are able to generate incredible cold that is able to freeze virtually anything, even the air itself.
