Golden Wind

Golden Wind is a member of the Altruist Division, a public-facing super group comprised of Crey's new Real ID Protectors, heroes recruited from outside of Paragon City. She was brought in to replace the team members who mutinied against their leader. She is able to generate winds capable of both bowling over enemies and soothing allies.
