Deadly Queen

Deadly Queen is a member of the Altruist Division, a public-facing super group comprised of Crey's new Real ID Protectors, heroes recruited from outside of Paragon City. She was brought in to replace the team members who mutinied against their leader. She is a master martial artist who can extend her ki control over her enemies to paralyze them.
