Crimson King

Crimson King is a member of the Altruist Division, a public-facing super group comprised of Crey's new Real ID Protectors, heroes recruited from outside of Paragon City. He was brought in to replace the team members who mutinied against their leader. He has precise control of his toxic blood, allowing him to turn it into both deadly blasts and debilitating poison.
