Shining Attendant

The Shining Attendants serve as front line forces for the Carnival of Light. They are drawn directly from the followers of Vanessa DeVore and are trained in the use of the magical staves that channel a great deal of power. Their mastery of the mystic arts is not as substantial as their superiors, but it far outstrips anything seen elsewhere in Praetoria.
