Flashfreeze

Years ago, Flashfreeze was an ice-wielding Paragon City hero who specialized in demon hunting. The media used to love shipping her with the Vindicator's own Infernal, as the fire-and-ice demon hunter combo made for cute tabloid reading, but he eventually went on record commenting that her methods were <i>'dangerous and unbecoming'</i>.

Now she's a member of Ultimatum, amongst the government's most powerful operatives and their star black-ops assassin. A sudden drop in temperature is the calling card to her targets for their untimely demise.

Always carrying a dagger that she says is for 'special occasions', but what that means is unclear as nobody has ever seen her draw it.
