Blackwing Industries is a private military company which has been contracted by Paragon City to replace the police in Kallisti Wharf.
P.E.A.C.E. (Police Emergency Action & Crisis Engagement) is their heavy response division. When even the average P.E.A.C.E. Operative isn’t enough, they send in the Heavy units.
Equipped with heavy kinetic armor and powerful suppressive rifles equipped with under-barrel utility launchers, these men and women are prepared to face the strongest foes.
