Nebel Elite Unteroffizier

A high-ranking Nebel Elite Unteroffizier is a force to be reckoned with. His increased physical prowess is now matched by improved tactical skills and the steely resolve of a combat veteran. The super soldier serum and attendant propaganda have left the soldier utterly devoted to the 5th Column's cause. He is willing to follow any order, and he seldom worries about the messy consequences.
